The Town of Fountain Hills is seeking a qualified general contractor to perform the work and provide materials for the widening of Shea Boulevard from Palisades Boulevard to Fountain Hills Boulevard. The project includes the removal of trees, excavation, fill construction, and the installation of asphalt concrete surface course, Portland cement concrete pavement, and other related work. The contractor must demonstrate successful completion of at least three similar projects within the past 60 months, one of which must have a dollar value of at least 75% of the total bid for this project. The contractor must also provide a bid bond, payment bond, and performance bond.
