Description
The Maryland State Department of Education is seeking a Master Contractor to provide SAP Business Objects software maintenance renewal. The contract is limited to Master Contractors who have been awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract. The scope of work includes providing software maintenance and support for SAP Business Objects titles. The contractor must provide proof of support processed with SAP and ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free. The evaluation criteria for award will be based on cost, with consideration of academic pricing, and the evaluation factors set forth in the PORFP.
