The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking information on how interested contractors can provide engineering services to complete and install a replacement air-handling unit, modify existing ductwork, install an attic exhaust fan, and complete air-balancing at Patrick Space Force Base. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to gather Market Research to support the development of the Acquisition Strategy for pending procurement.
• The project involves upgrading small-scale commercial HVAC systems with a project value under $10M.
• The project requires experience with ductwork installation and modification of existing ductwork to comply with industry standards.
• The project requires experience with air-side testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems.
• The project requires integrating new HVAC equipment into legacy or existing building automation and control systems.
• The project requires providing a list of projects completed on federal installations, including military bases, within the last five years.
