Description
The Maryland State Board of Elections requires temporary wheelchair ramps at various polling places for the 2026 primary and general elections. The ramps will be installed on specific dates and removed after the elections. The contractor must provide all installation and removal costs for the dates provided. The locations of the polling places are listed, along with pictures of the facilities requiring ramps.
• The primary election ramps will be installed on Monday, June 22nd and removed on Wednesday, June 24th.
• The general election ramps will be installed on Monday, November 2nd, and removed on Wednesday, November 4th.
• The contractor must submit their bid to Whitney LeRoux, Director of Procurement, by March 5, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
• The bid must include all installation and removal costs for the dates provided.
