Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure a Keysight Synthesizer Assembly on an other than full and open competition basis. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS). The contractor must also provide a separate quote for evaluation purposes with specifications. The Government will evaluate offers based on price, delivery, and other factors. Key considerations include:
* The contractor must be an authorized distributor/reseller/partner verified through the manufacturer.
* The contractor must provide proof of supply line as new, with no used or grey market parts.
