School Mechanical Upgrades

The Escanaba Area Public Schools are seeking a contractor to perform mechanical upgrades at The Upper Elementary school. The project includes the removal of existing air-cooled condensing units and associated refrigerant piping, and the installation of new chillers and unit ventilators. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating the work with the school district and ensuring that the existing roof is patched and repaired to be water and air-tight. The project also includes the installation of new electrical connections and the provision of a local disconnect switch for the new equipment.
