IP2LMR Request for Information

The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) and Program Executive Office Digital & Enterprise Services (PEO Digital) are conducting market research to assess industry capabilities for a turn-key hardware and software refresh of the Indo Pacific Partnership Land Mobile Radio (IP2LMR) System. The solution must integrate into legacy and evolving systems, support interoperability, cybersecurity compliance, lifecycle sustainment, and integration with other systems. The requirements include non-disruptive delivery of the system upgrade, phased rollout, and certification to meet all J/F-12 and Host Nation Approval requirements. Key points to consider: * The IP2LMR system is a regional trunking system fielded and operating as part of the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO) Project 25. * The solution must integrate with the Army's Base Emergency Communications System (BECS) Enterprise and support interoperability with other BECS components. * The requirements include a combination of features and capabilities that exceed the standards framework of the APCO P25 program. * The phased rollout of the upgrade must ensure simultaneous and continuous operation of legacy sites in conjunction with upgraded sites. * The OEM must be certified to meet all J/F-12 and Host Nation Approval requirements in Japan, South Korea, and the USA.
