Description
The State of California, Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division (FMD) is seeking bids for Fire Life Safety (FLS) maintenance and repairs services on state property. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to provide FLS services, including preventive maintenance, testing, repairs, and technical support services. The services will be performed at the March Fong Eu Secretary of State building in Sacramento, CA. The contract term is anticipated to be 36 months.
• The contractor must possess a valid Class C-10, Electrical Contractors License or a C-16 Fire Protection License issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB), and a Type A license issued by the Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM).
• The contractor must submit current proof of insurance for general liability, commercial automobile insurance, and worker’s compensation.
• The contractor must provide three or more references and complete the Bidder Declaration form.
• The contractor must meet a 3% Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation goal.
