OWNER’S ADVISOR SERVICES FOR MILL CREEK WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT DEWATERING BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Cincinnati is seeking an experienced practitioner to assist with the planning, design-builder procurement, design, and construction phases of the Mill Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Dewatering Building Improvements Project. The selected owner's advisor consultant will develop a Business Case Evaluation, finalize project criteria, and provide technical and project management support throughout the project. Key responsibilities include developing design criteria, assisting with the RFQ/RFP process, and providing engineering and field services during construction. • The project involves improvements to the Dewatering Building at the Mill Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant • The selected consultant will work closely with the City's Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) throughout the project • The project requires experience with design-build project execution, design-builder procurement, and construction phase support • The selected consultant may also provide engineering and field services during construction • The project is expected to involve significant technical and project management support throughout the planning, design, and construction phases
