REPLACEMENT OF WATER COOLERS

The Cartersville School System is seeking a contractor to replace water coolers at Cartersville High School and Cartersville Middle School. The contractor will be responsible for removing and disposing of the existing water coolers, providing new water coolers, and installing them. The project includes replacing 27 water coolers at Cartersville High School and 32 water coolers at Cartersville Middle School. The contractor must provide all fittings, materials, and brackets to make the water coolers functional. The project must be completed between June 1, 2026, and July 12, 2026. • The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on March 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET. • The contractor must provide a copy of the Certificate of Liability Insurance, E-Verification number, Workers Compensation Insurance, and a W-9 Form. • The contractor must remove existing water coolers from the site and dispose of them. • The contractor must provide water cooler units and all materials required to complete the scope of work.
