Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is seeking a supplier to provide 750,000 Live Domestic Trout Eggs to the Fillmore Hatchery. The eggs must be in the eyed stage and have a minimum fertility rate of 95%. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the eggs by August 24, 2026.
• The solicitation is for a one-time purchase, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The bidder must provide a completed Bidder Declaration Form, Darfur Contracting Act Certification, and Payee Data Record Form.
• The bidder must also certify that they are not a target of economic sanctions and comply with the California Seller's Permit requirements.
• The contract will include provisions for payment, delivery, and performance, as well as requirements for subcontracting and reporting.
