Description
The State of California is seeking a qualified manufacturer to supply four (4) roll‑off, 2,500‑gallon brine/water bodies complete with pump, hose reel, ladders, control‑valve cabinet, electrical and hydraulic systems, and required coatings and markings. The work includes fabrication, assembly, testing, delivery to two Caltrans shop locations, and a minimum one‑year warranty, with three‑phase inspections (pre‑production, pre‑delivery, final).
• Manufacture stainless‑steel/ polyethylene tank bodies meeting specification BDYROBRNTK53‑444‑261.
• Provide integrated pump, hose reel, ladder, storage baskets, control‑valve manifold, hydraulic hoses, and electrical harnesses per Caltrans standards.
• Deliver three units to Marysville, CA and one unit to San Bernardino, CA; first unit must be delivered within 270 days of PO receipt and all units within 390 days.
• Comply with extensive state certifications (small‑business, DVBE, Darfur, Iran, civil‑rights) and submit a full set of required forms with the bid.
