Description
The State of Tennessee, Department of Military, is seeking a contractor to provide landscaping services for the 164th Air Lift Wing, located at 4593 Swinnea Road, Memphis, TN 38118. The services include maintaining improved and semi-improved grounds, irrigation systems, and performing tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the services. The contract is for a period of one year, with an option to renew for an additional year.
• The contractor will be responsible for maintaining approximately 20 acres of improved grounds and 5 acres of semi-improved grounds.
• The contractor will be required to perform tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal.
• The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the irrigation system, including start-up, monthly checks, and shut-down.
• The contractor will be required to provide a detailed invoice for payment, including a description of the work performed and the date(s) services were provided.
