Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking quotations for the supply of 200 Shaker Bottles with specific features such as a rounded base, lockable flip cap, double-wall insulated stainless steel, measurement markings, and a powerful mixing system. The bottles must be 25 oz in size and have a specific laser engraving design. The contractor must provide a pre-production sample for approval before commencing production. • The contractor must comply with the Buy American Act and indicate whether the end product is domestic or foreign.
• The contractor is responsible for performing a basic check of the furnished publishing files to assure accurate output of the required reproduction image.
• The contractor must submit a specification sheet within 2 hours after the "Review and confirm" call with a photo or web link that clearly shows how the product offered complies with the features specified.
• The contractor must provide a W-9 form before the GPO makes payment.
