TO REMOVE POTENTIAL HAZARD ASH TREES IN THE TOWN RIGHT OF WAY ON BOTH SIDES OF ROYALTON HILL RD (UPPER TO LOWER DAVIS)

The project involves the removal of ash trees in the town right of way on both sides of Royalton Hill Road. The contractor will be responsible for cutting and stacking logs, chipping or removing branches, and disposing of wood according to the accompanying map. The work must be completed within the agreed-upon distance, with a maximum of 1.8 miles. • The project starts at the upper intersection with Davis Road and ends at the lower intersection. • The contractor must remove all flagged ash trees, including stumps, and leave the area safe for future roadwork and maintenance. • The contractor is permitted to remove wood from the parcels indicated on the map, where landowners have agreed not to retain felled trees. • A site visit will be held on Friday, April 3, 2026, at 1 p.m. to address questions regarding the bid request.
