Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking bids for the replacement of the RTU (Roof Top Unit) at Fire Station 9. The contract documents include general conditions, specifications, and drawings that outline the scope of work. The contractor will be responsible for executing the work according to the contract documents, including obtaining necessary permits and approvals. The contractor must also ensure that all work is done in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a detailed breakdown of labor rates, union benefits, and premium percentages for workers' compensation, liability insurance, and payroll taxes.
• The contractor must submit a written proposal for any changes to the contract, including a complete itemized breakdown of costs.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and maintain it throughout the life of the contract.
• The contractor must guarantee the work for a period of 1 year from the date of Final Completion.
