The City of Tybee Island is seeking a qualified contractor to install a total of 1,020 linear feet of 8‑foot high commercial‑grade chain‑link fence, including two 5‑ft wide single gates, one 12‑ft wide double‑wide maintenance gate, associated rails, tension wire, hardware, and privacy slats for two new dog parks at Solomon Park. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, materials, and comply with detailed ASTM specifications for fence fabric, posts, rails, hardware, and concrete footings. The City will provide all required permits. Bids are evaluated on the lowest responsive price; no pre‑bid meeting is scheduled. Submission must be sealed, signed, and include required certifications, insurance, and a bid bond.
