The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury is seeking vendors to supply a range of crushed limestone and stone products for road construction, maintenance, and related infrastructure projects. The contract covers multiple grades of limestone—such as asphalt surface‑treatment stone, surface‑course aggregate, road‑base aggregate, rip‑rap, and flume sand—and includes both FOB bidder‑site pricing and FOB destination (freight‑prepaid) options for delivery to parish work sites. Bids must be submitted by the deadline, and the award will be made based on lowest responsive price and compliance with Louisiana‑approved material specifications.
• Supply of various limestone grades (Sections A‑G) with detailed gradation, abrasion‑loss, and soundness‑test requirements.
• Two pricing structures: FOB bidder’s operational site for most items, and FOB destination (delivery to zones 1‑3) for selected items.
• Optional fuel surcharge allowed if fuel prices exceed $3 / gal, with required justification.
• No minimum order; quantities will be ordered “as‑needed” throughout the contract period (July 1 – Dec 31 2026).
