The GPO seeks a vendor to produce and ship 1,700 printed recruitment items for Army recruiters in South Carolina. The scope includes seven distinct flyer runs (total 1,200 flyers) and one postcard run (500 postcards), each with specific design, color, bleed, and paper‑stock requirements, and separate FOB‑destination shipments to seven recruiter addresses. Vendors must submit an online quote, provide a W‑9, and be capable of offset or high‑quality digital printing that meets GPO Quality Level 3.
• Print 1,200 flyers on 80 lb gloss text with various front/back graphics; quantities range from 50 to 500 per design.
• Print 500 postcards on 16 pt UV‑coated cover, 0.125″ bleed, with front and back artwork.
• Ship each recruiter’s package separately, provide tracking numbers, and email four specified addresses on the ship‑date.
