Modular Classroom Roof Repairs Various

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) is seeking a contractor to repair and replace modular classroom roofs at their facility in Glynco, Georgia. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the work includes removing damaged roofing materials, inspecting and repairing underlying structures, installing new EPDM membranes, and releveling modular classrooms. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work. The contract duration will be for a period not to exceed 365 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. • The contractor will be responsible for conducting the operation in strict conformance with FLETC safety directives and Federal, State, and local requirements. • The contractor will be required to provide a performance and payment bond. • The contractor will be evaluated based on their past performance, corporate relevant experience, and price. • The contract will be awarded to the best-suited contractor, and the Government reserves the right to communicate with only the apparent successful contractor to address any remaining issues.
