Description
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a contractor to provide Family Preservation Parent Education Home-Based Services in Lake, Newaygo, and Oceana counties. The contract term is three years with up to two one-year renewal options. The selected contractor will provide parent education home-based services to families in need.
