Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the existing revolving door at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Catoosa, OK. The scope includes measuring the existing opening, demolishing and disposing of the current door, providing and installing a new wide‑body automatic revolving door system with all required hardware, electrical work, weather‑proofing, and a two‑year warranty. The bid must be submitted electronically by email with a strict subject line, include required TERO fees, insurance, and bonding, and comply with tribal‑employment preferences.
• Remove and dispose of the existing ~12‑ft diameter revolving door and associated components.
• Supply and install a new Boon Edam automatic revolving door, including mechanical, electrical, sensor, and safety systems.
• Provide all labor, equipment, permits, insurance, performance bond, and a 24‑month warranty, while meeting tribal employment and data‑privacy requirements.
