Zone 5 Water Pump Station Project

The City of American Canyon is seeking bids for the construction of a domestic and fire booster system housed in a split-faced CMU building. The project includes site lighting, grading, asphalt paving, concrete work, hydro-pneumatic tank system, fencing, gates, controls, switchgear, standby diesel generator, domestic water service, emergency eye wash, drainage system, retaining walls, valves, fittings, supports, paintings and coatings, roll up doors, doors and frames, roofing, flashing, gutters, equipment pads, exhaust fans, and other items and appurtenances. The Engineer's estimate for the project is $4,637,000. • The project requires a Class A License and compliance with prevailing wages and labor laws. • The contractor must provide insurance, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and pollution legal liability. • The project includes a mandatory pre-bid conference and a mandatory project labor agreement. • The contractor must submit a bid bond, performance bond, payment bond, and warrantee bond. • The project has a completion deadline of 320 working days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
