Description
The County of Missoula is seeking a qualified architectural/engineering firm to develop a comprehensive Master Plan for the Larchmont Golf Course campus and to produce construction‑ready design documents for selected improvements. The scope includes initial site assessments, phased master‑plan development, detailed schematic and construction drawings for a new maintenance building and clubhouse upgrades, cost‑benefit analysis, permit coordination, and construction administration services. The firm must coordinate with multiple consultants, provide three design iterations for review, and support public presentation requirements.
• Master planning phase covering site‑plan, phased implementation, timelines, and financial impact
• Detailed design drawings, cost estimates, and permit‑set preparation for the maintenance building and clubhouse upgrades
• Construction administration, including submittal review, RFIs, site visits, and punch‑list issuance
• Required coordination with County staff, potential general contractors, and public stakeholders throughout the process
