Description
The Oregon Military Department is seeking a Design-Build Contractor to deliver the Talent FMS Remodel Project. The project consists of the design and remodel of approximately 29,804 square feet of an existing 61,852 square foot building to create a National Guard FMS that supports administrative, logistical requirements, and vehicle maintenance requirements for the ORARNG. The project includes related site infrastructure, both on- and off-site, as necessary to support the remodeled facility.
• The Design-Build Agreement will be a cost reimbursement, plus fixed-fee, with a Guaranteed Maximum Price of approximately $3,000,000.
• The project shall be designed with the goal of extending the useful life of the facility by a minimum of an additional 25 years.
• The project team shall plan, design, and build to achieve the highest performing sustainable design.
• The project includes related site infrastructure, such as roads, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, public parking areas, compacted gravel military equipment parking compound, site lighting, landscaping, security, fencing, domestic water capable of serving as a Public Water System, fire suppression, and other related site and infrastructure improvements necessary to support the Talent FMS.
• The project must provide FMS spaces, including administrative spaces, training, locker rooms, latrines and showers, equipment storage areas, supply rooms, vehicle exhaust system, secure vehicle storage, vehicle wash facilities, and fuel storage and disbursement system.
