Description
The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking a general contractor to renovate the lobby and courtroom in the Kentucky Supreme Court's temporary offices. The project includes demolition, metals, wood, plastics, and composites, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, signage, fire suppression, HVAC, building automation system, and communication. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, tools, services, etc. necessary for the renovation.
• The project consists of renovation of the lobby and hearing room along with adjacent offices.
• The trades involved include demolition, metals, wood, plastics, and composites, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, signage, fire suppression, HVAC, building automation system, and communication.
• The contractor will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond with a penal sum equivalent to 100% of the Contract Sum plus the total of any purchase order.
• The contractor will be responsible for procuring all necessary permits, licenses, and certificates required by state and local laws.
