The City of Philadelphia is seeking pre-qualification bids for the Terminal D/E Baggage Make-Up Expansion project, specifically for the mechanical scope of work. The project involves the retrofit and expansion of the existing maintenance space adjacent to Jetbridge Gate E2, including the construction of a new baggage conveyor bridge connecting the existing D/E baggage make-up building to the new baggage make-up facility in Terminal E.
