Area 1 Drainage Improvements

The St. Tammany Parish Government is seeking bids for the Area 1 Drainage Improvements project. The project involves drainage improvements in Area 1 of the parish. The project classification is Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. • The bid package is available online at www.bidexpress.com or LaPAC. • Bidders must submit questions in writing to the Procurement Department no later than 2:00 PM CST, seven working days prior to the bid opening date. • The bid must include a bid security of 5% of the total bid amount. • The contractor shall be liable without limitation to the Parish for any and all injury, death, damage, loss, destruction, damages, costs, fines, penalties, judgments, forfeitures, assessments, expenses, obligations, and other liabilities of every name and description, which may occur or in any way arise out of any act or omission of Contractor, its owners, agents, employees, partners, or subcontractors.
