Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to perform an ALI Lift Inspection on a 2-post lift located at 30265 Highway 21, Talladega, AL 35160. The inspection should be performed in accordance with the standards and regulations set by the State of Alabama. The supplier should be registered in Alabama Buys and should submit their response electronically through the Supplier Portal.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The supplier must not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract.
• The supplier must certify that they are in full compliance with Section 41-4-142 of the Code of Alabama 1975.
• The supplier must provide written proof of their qualifications, including manufacturer's reseller authorization, professional licenses, and certificates of insurance.
