Crespi to Anza Sewer Rehabilitation Project

The City of Pacifica is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide professional engineering services for the Crespi to Anza Sewer Rehabilitation Project. The project involves rehabilitating two segments of sewer main along Highway 1 and Pacifica State Beach. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a preliminary design, final design, bid support, and construction administration services. The project requires a firm with experience in pipeline rehabilitation, engineering design, and construction management. • The project includes rehabilitating 800 feet of 12-inch asbestos cement pipe with a lining solution such as cured-in-place pipe (CIPP). • The selected firm will be responsible for providing a detailed project schedule, monthly invoices, and progress reports. • The firm will also be required to provide public outreach and education services to inform residents of the project. • The project requires compliance with environmental regulations, including obtaining a Coastal Development Permit (CDP) from the California Coastal Commission. • The selected firm will be expected to provide sufficient insurance coverage that meets the City's requirements.
