Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide sports officiating services for various sports activities at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, uniforms, material, supervision, and transportation to perform the services. The contract will be for a base period plus four option years. The contractor will be evaluated based on their capability, price, and past performance.
• The contractor must provide professional attire and neat appearance for all sports officials.
• The contractor must have the ability to meet coverage requirements as specified in the statement of work.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a price sheet with all pricing per type of game requirement.
• The contractor must provide a capability statement narrative that includes staffing approach, scheduling procedures, and ability to meet coverage requirements.
