Emergency Snow Removal Services

Topeka Public Schools is seeking qualified contractors to provide on-call snow removal services for designated building entry areas and walkways. The contractor will be responsible for removing snow from main building entrances, primary student and staff walkways, emergency exit pathways, and sidewalks directly connected to parking areas. The contractor must supply all necessary labor, tools, and equipment, and must complete snow removal within 24 to 36 hours following the end of snowfall. The contract term is one year with four additional one-year renewal options. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and comply with all federal and state laws relating to immigration and reform. • The contractor must also provide a debarment certification and a non-collusion affidavit. • The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal that is most advantageous to the district.
