Description
The U.S. Government is seeking competitive lease proposals for office space in Anoka County, Minnesota. The required space is approximately 2,409 to 2,530 square feet, with a minimum of four private offices, four workstations, one conference room, one training room, and other support spaces. The lease term is 15 years, with 13 years firm. The Government is looking for move-in ready or second-generation office space with minimal construction required. Offerors must submit their proposals through the Leasing Portal, and the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer will be selected without negotiations.
• The space must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including standards for fire and life safety, accessibility, seismic resilience, and energy efficiency.
• The offeror must provide photos of the offered space, a PDF and CAD floor plan, and proof of authorization to represent the owner or proof of ownership or control.
• The offeror must also submit a narrative explaining their assumptions, resourcing, and approach for meeting the post-award deliverables and timeframes.
