Description
The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) is seeking a contractor to provide hazardous and non-hazardous waste removal, transport, and destruction services. The contractor will be responsible for picking up waste materials from CDTFA's designated storage facilities, transporting them to a licensed disposal facility, and destroying the waste in an environmentally responsible manner. The contractor must comply with all state and federal regulations and provide documentation of the destruction process.
• The contract term is from February 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026, with an option to extend for one additional year.
• The contractor must provide a rate per pound for the services, including labor, transportation costs, materials, supplies, and equipment.
• The contractor must maintain all required insurance, including general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable health and safety laws and regulations.
