The City College of San Francisco is seeking qualified architectural firms to join a pre‑qualified pool for future design‑build and construction‑manager‑at‑risk projects funded largely by a $845 million Proposition A bond. The RFQ outlines a comprehensive suite of architectural services—including schematic design, design development, construction documents, DSA coordination, storm‑water compliance, and construction‑administration—while explicitly excluding geotechnical, surveying, and hazardous‑material investigations.
