Furnish and Install Steel Metal Building

Craven Community College is seeking a vendor to furnish and install a 50’ x 100’ steel metal building at their Havelock campus. The building must meet specific specifications, including a 14 gauge steel frame, 24’ 6” roof height, wind load of 145 MPH + 50 PSF, and 6/12 roof pitch. The vendor must also provide a building permit and ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the contract requirements and recognized industry practices. The college reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor informality or technicality in bids received. • The building must be delivered and installed at the Havelock campus. • The vendor must provide a warranty for the building and ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the contract requirements. • The vendor must provide at least three references for similar work completed in the past. • The vendor must certify that it has the financial capacity to perform and continue to perform its obligations under the contract.
