Description
The State of Maine is seeking quotations for a new enclosed snowmobile trailer, 101 inches by 12 feet in size. The trailer must be new, unused, and meet the specifications outlined in the detailed specifications document. The State intends to award a contract to the bidder that meets or most closely meets the specifications, while taking price and delivery into consideration. The contract will be for a one-time purchase, with the possibility of negotiating the purchase of additional units at the bid price for six months after the award is officially made.
• The trailer must have a rear ramp door with spring assist, floor/ramp mats and guides, and an interior spare tire mount.
• The trailer must be delivered to the Inland Fisheries and Wildlife location in Enfield, ME.
• The vendor must contact IF&W minimally three business days prior to delivery to arrange delivery.
• The requested items will be inspected after delivery, and if shipment is deemed unacceptable, the delivery will be refused and returned at the risk and expense of the selling vendor.
• The State reserves the right to negotiate the purchase of additional units at the bid price for six months after the award is officially made.
