Harriot Street Lift Station Rehabilitation

The City of Beaumont is soliciting bids for the complete rehabilitation of the Harriot Street Lift Station. The scope includes demolition of the existing lift station structures, construction of a new sub‑mersible pump lift station, installation of new force main and gravity sewer lines, electrical and control system upgrades (including PLC, VFD, and lightning protection), site improvements such as fencing, driveway, and storm‑water pollution prevention, and associated back‑fill, shoring, and safety systems. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and insurance required to deliver a fully operational lift station in compliance with the provided plans and specifications. • Demolish existing lift station building, dry pit, wet well, and abandoned sanitary structures. • Construct new lift station with concrete wet well, valve vault, submersible pumps, and control building. • Install 36″ DI force main, 36″ DI gravity line, and 18″ PVC gravity sewer. • Provide new electrical service, MCC, VFD, PLC programming, and lightning protection. • Perform site work: chain‑link fence, concrete driveway, water service line, and storm‑water pollution prevention. • Include special shoring, trench safety systems, and groundwater control as required. • Provide allowances for Entergy service installation and electrical review.
