Campus Creek Watershed Study - Manhattan, KS

The City of Manhattan, in partnership with Kansas State University, is seeking qualified engineering firms to conduct a comprehensive watershed study of Campus Creek on the KSU campus. The study will assess flood mitigation, support future campus expansion, and integrate landscape and environmental improvements across multiple phases, culminating in a final report in early 2028. • Develop a detailed watershed analysis, including storm‑water modeling and flood risk assessment for Campus Creek and surrounding neighborhoods. • Produce phased design concepts and recommendations (Phase 1 draft by Dec 11 2026, Phase 2 draft by Apr 16 2027, Phase 3 draft by Oct 15 2027) leading to a final deliverable by Feb 18 2028. • Coordinate with City Public Works, KSU facilities, and community stakeholders; provide technical documentation, data sets, and presentation materials for City Commission approval.
