Description
The City of Sandy Springs is seeking a qualified contractor to provide city-wide facilities landscaping services for City-owned and City-operated facilities and grounds. The contractor will be responsible for mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and cleaning of hard surfaces, as well as shrub, hedge, groundcover, and ornamental bed maintenance. The contractor must have experience with municipal, institutional, or multi-site landscape maintenance services of similar size and complexity. The contractor must also demonstrate compliance with the City's minimum equipment, vehicle, licensing, AVL tracking, and safety requirements.
• Experience with municipal, institutional, or multi-site landscape maintenance services
• Understanding of the City's needs, service methodology, scheduling, site protection, and issue escalation
• Provide a field crew consisting of a minimum of seven personnel members
• Identify the proposed Contract Manager and provide the license information for the proposed Certified Arborist
• Demonstrates compliance with the City's minimum equipment, vehicle, licensing, AVL tracking, and safety requirements
• Approach to OSHA, ANSI, licensing, traffic control, and environmental compliance
• Demonstrated quality, responsibility, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction
• Financial stability (supported by a letter from a financial institution, financial statement, or income statement)
