The Indian Health Service is seeking a qualified small‑business contractor to construct a new residential drinking‑water well (COW) at 297 DeGoede Drive, Mossyrock, WA. The work includes drilling to an estimated depth of up to 400 ft, installing a 6‑inch steel casing, sanitary grout seal, optional PVC liner, well screen (if required), well development, a minimum four‑hour pump test, disinfection, and full water‑quality analysis. The contractor must obtain all permits, protect existing utilities, submit required submittals, and be prepared to abandon the well at no extra cost if it proves non‑viable.
