U-4661 Parkway Memorial Gardens Sewer Remediation

The City of Warner Robins is soliciting bids for the Parkway Memorial Gardens Sewer Remediation project. The work involves installing a 40-foot long span of 16-inch x 0.375-inch WT split steel casing around an existing 8-inch PVC gravity sewer pipe, constructing two cast-in-place concrete headwalls with a slab, and implementing various erosion control measures. The project must be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. • The project requires furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, safety equipment, permitting, erosion and sedimentation control measures, taxes, profit, overhead, and other costs and effort. • A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET, followed by a site visit to the proposed project area. • Sealed bids will be received until July 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Carolyn Robbins Conference Room at City Hall.
