ABATEMENT AND DEMOLITION OF THE STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 2348/2350 UNIVERSITY AVENUE, RIVERSIDE, CA 92507

The City of Riverside is seeking bids for the abatement and demolition of a structure located at 2348/2350 University Avenue, Riverside, CA 92507. The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. The project requires a valid Class “C-21” State of California Contractor’s license in good standing. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on October 21, 2025, at 9:00 am Pacific Time. • The bid bond must be 10% of the total bid. • The bid security must be uploaded prior to the bid event time. • The bidder must comply with the City of Riverside’s Resolution No. 13346 and subsequent amendments. • The bidder must obtain a City of Riverside Business Tax Certificate if they do not already hold one. • The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
