Description
The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to install an A/C unit at the Hazardous Storage for Laboratory, DFSP Hachinohe, Japan. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and engineering necessary to complete the installation work. The contractor must have a valid construction business license to perform construction work in Japan and be authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan. The pre-quote conference and site visit are scheduled on 4 Aug 2026.
• The contractor must submit a quote by 24 Aug 2026.
• The contractor must provide a site visit log/list of personnel who will participate in the pre-quote conference and site visit.
• The contractor must comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract.
