Description
This solicitation calls for a full façade restoration, window replacement, and storefront refurbishment of the North Central Bronx Hospital. The work includes selective demolition, asbestos abatement, concrete and masonry repair, structural‑steel restoration, installation of new aluminum curtain walls, storefronts, terrace doors, security windows, roofing systems, flashing, sealants, interior gypsum work, resilient‑tile flooring, and interior painting. The contractor must manage all aspects of construction, comply with NYC building codes, maintain stringent infection‑control and safety protocols, and provide all required warranties, testing, and documentation.
