Description
The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to replace and repair the copper gutters and flashing at the Plum Orchard Mansion and replace the roofs at the Davisville Housing units at Cumberland Island National Seashore. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. The project is expected to take 120 days to complete and will require the contractor to work on a firm fixed price basis. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed cost breakdown and to submit a technical proposal that includes information on their approach to the project, their past performance, and their experience working on similar projects.
