Description
The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Philadelphia District is seeking information from potential sources to provide all services necessary to execute a turn-key maintenance dredging project at USCG Sector Delaware Bay located in Philadelphia, PA. The project includes project management, project design, contract management, and construction management. The scope of work includes pre and post dredge hydrographic surveying, project drawings, specifications, permitting, and government cost estimate. The project duration is approximately 90 days, starting no later than May 15, 2026, and ending on or before August 13, 2026.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Providing necessary overall project management
• Serving as the primary point of contact and source of project status and information
• Performing required coordination with resource agencies and other entities to ensure compliance with permits, authorizations, agreements, and certifications
• Conducting on-site preconstruction meetings and providing construction inspection services
• Delivering project status reports every two weeks and providing various documents for USCG information and records
