Description
The USDA is seeking an Attending Veterinarian to provide veterinary care for research animals and to advise the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC). The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price RFQ, awarded without discussions (though discussions are reserved). The period of performance is five years (09/30/2026 – 09/29/2031) with an initial one‑year task (09/30/2026 – 09/20/2027). Offerors must submit a technical capability document, past performance record, and price spreadsheet by 2:00 PM CT on 09/11/2026.
