USG Course Credit Transfer Tool

The University System of Georgia is seeking information from potential suppliers for a Course Credit Transfer Tool. The tool should allow students to enter course credits received from institutions they have attended and see which colleges will tentatively accept the credit. The system should have multi-institutional functionality, user interfaces for students, administrative and institution user interfaces, and technical specifications. The tool should also have a degree audit feature and reporting capabilities. • The system should have a public interface for students to manually enter academic history data. • The system should have a secure sign-on interface for students to upload courses and evaluate courses. • The system should have administrative and institution user interfaces for system administrators, institutional administrators, and institutional users. • The system should have technical specifications, including required documentation, training, and system support. • The system should have a degree audit feature that allows students to run a degree audit based on a degree/program/major/concentration or certificate. • The system should have reporting capabilities, including standard reports and the ability to create external reports.
