The State of Colorado, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, is providing notice of partial settlement for the Auditorium Remodel and HVAC Upgrades at Denver RC project. The notice is for the interior remodel of the auditorium and installation of RTU #2 and associated roof repair. The final settlement will be made with WCC Construction, LLC on March 27, 2026.
